An Immigration Medical Examination (IME) is a medical examination required by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for certain individuals applying for immigration to the United States.

Bring the following:
- Form I-693
- A valid, unexpired government issued passport, ID or drivers license
- Immunization records
- Payment in the form of cash or credit card

1. Immigration medical exam is not covered by insurance.
2. Complete part 1 of the I-693 form. Do not sign part 2.
