Immigration Medical Examination

An Immigration Medical Examination (IME) is a medical examination required by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for certain individuals applying for immigration to the United States.

Price includes:
  • Physical Examination
  • Required blood work (TB, syphilis, gonorrhea)
  • Review vaccination history
  • Completed all examination, including the I-693 form

Ages 18-24 = $450 (tuberculosis, syphilis, gonorrhea)

Ages 25-44 = $400 (tuberculosis, syphilis)

Ages 45 and older = $350 (tuberculosis)

Immigration Medical Examination Requirements

Bring the following:

  • Form I-693
  • A valid, not expired government issued passport, drivers license
  • Immunization records
  • Payment in the form of cash or credit card

Notes:
1. Immigration medical exam is not covered by insurance.
2. Complete part 1 of the I-693 form. Do not sign part 2. Write applicants name at the top of each page.
