Immigration Medical Examination

The immigration medical exam is a mandatory step for most individuals applying for a green card or other immigration benefits in the United States. This examination is conducted by a USCIS-approved civil surgeon and is designed to ensure applicants do not have health conditions that could make them inadmissible under U.S. immigration law

The main goal of the immigration medical exam is to protect public health by identifying applicants with communicable diseases, untreated mental health conditions, or substance abuse issues that could pose a risk to the community

Included in the Price:

  • Physical Examination
  • Required Labs
  • Review of Vaccination History
  • Completion of Paperwork, including the I-693 Form

Requirements:

  • Form I-693 (complete Part 1; do not sign Part 2)
  • A valid, unexpired government-issued ID, passport, or driver’s license
  • Immunization Records
  • Payment in the form of cash or credit card

Notes:

  • 1 Immigration medical exams are not covered by insurance.
  • 2 Complete Part 1 of the I-693 form. Do not sign Part 2.
